Playfield completely disassembled and cleanded by ultrasonic cleaning system. Surface deep cleaned, fixed, touched up and protector installed where necessary.
Final high gloss polish protection.
All assemblies at the back side of playfield disassembled, ultrasonic cleaned, checked and tested on function. Replaced when necessary.
All light bulbs and flasher replaced on both sides of playfield and back box.
Deep check on all lamp boards and sockets.
Illuminated inserts on playfield are cleaned.
Cabinet and back box vaccum cleaned inside and out.
All rubbers on playfield replaced.
Defect and worn out parts including super structrural parts replaced by NOS or repro parts.
Stainless parts such as ramps, lane guides, screws and nuts polished and nickel plated.
Coils, Plungers and coil stops tested on function and power, replaced if necessary.
Flippers and shooter adjusted to maximum launch power.
Score Displays tested on 100% function, cleaned on both sides, or replaced by brand new.
Drop- and stationary targets and roll over switches replaced.
Translites, Backglass and playfield glass cleaned.
Boards, connectors, transistors, fuses and wiring tested and verified, repalced if necessary.
Cabinet and backbox cleaned and polished from the outside, touched up and small defiencies repaired.
Euro coin acceptor 50c/ 1€/ 2€ installed. Switched on freeplay if desired.
Final control and QC completed by test program and test play.
